Defrag Windows Vista’s Boot Sector

Is Windows Vista taking a long time to startup? You can try defragmenting the boot files by using the free Command Prompt in Windows Vista.
1) Go to Start/All Programs/Accessories/Command Prompt
2) At the prompt, type defrag C:\ -b
3) Exit was defrag has completed
